For Agencies :

 

Only registered Private Limited Companies, LLPs, Partnerships, or Proprietorship Firms can apply.

 

Business objectives must include providing security services.

 

An MOU with a state-recognized training institute is mandatory.

 

Agencies should have no links to banned organizations.

For Directors/Owners:

 

Minimum 8th standard education.

 

Indian nationality and minimum age of 18 years.

 

Clean background verified by local police.

 

Financial stability demonstrated through income tax returns.
