Overview

As per the new regulations issued by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), all real estate agents must submit MahaRERA agent filing returns starting from the 2023-24 financial year. This filing is crucial for ensuring MahaRERA agent filing compliance, maintaining transparency in property transactions (sales of plots, apartments, flats, etc.), and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.

Why File the MahaRERA Agent Half-Yearly Return?

The MahaRERA agent half-yearly return filing is an essential process to ensure transparency in property transactions. Real estate agents must provide reports on their transactions, whether actual sales took place or not.
