Apply for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) : A Digital Signature Certificate is mandatory for all directors and subscribers, and it can be processed online within 24 hours.

Application for Name Availability : The name application can be submitted through the SPICe RUN form. You can check the availability of your company name through our name search tool.

Apply for Section 8 License : You need to file Form INC-12 with the Registrar of Companies. Upon approval, the Section 8 license will be granted.

File SPICe Form (INC-32) : This form contains vital company registration details such as director information, DIN application, PAN, and TAN.

File e-MoA and e-AoA : These electronic forms define the company’s objectives and rules of management.

Issuance of Certificate of Incorporation (COI) : Once approved, you'll receive the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, and TAN. You can then proceed to open your company's bank account.
